Introductory Courses

SAILING

• Short session on blackboard - Familiarization with wind direction and points of sailing.
• Demonstration ashore, of techniques in simple terms, how to start, stop, turn and sail in all wind directions.
• Individual practice ashore of the points mentioned above, with supervision.
• Correct wearing of buoyancy aid. - Recovery from capsize procedure.
• Afloat, practicing what we have learned under close supervision.
• Sail alone and enjoy it, under observation.

WINDSURFING

• Short session on blackboard -- Familiarization with wind direction and points of sailing.

• Correct wearing of buoyancy aid / Afloat, balancing exercises on training board / Self rescue procedure.
• Afloat, practicing what we have learned under close supervision.
• Sail alone and enjoy it, under observation.
